Senior Manager, Data Operations

Later is looking for a strategic-minded professional to take on the Senior Manager, Data Operations role responsible for managing and driving the Company's data engineering, business intelligence, and data science function.

Skills

Strong understanding of data pipeline and automation tools
Experience with segment.io, Mode, Stitch, and Google Big Query
Experience with AWS/GCP cloud services
Experience with agile development frameworks
Passionate about data and the technology industry

Responsibilities

Oversee the hiring and training of new and existing staff
Collaborate with various teams on technical solutions
Lead and develop an enterprise approach to operational analytics
Drive the design and optimization of data visualization tools
Develop strategies to leverage data for operational metrics

Education

Bachelors or Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Econometrics, or other technical fields
