Account Manager (K-12)

We are looking for an experienced K-12 Account Manager to join our team.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in K-12 schools and districts.
• Identify new business opportunities and create effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Stay informed about our audio-visual products and solutions, providing customers with expert guidance and support.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our audio-visual solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations and close sales agreements in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing, technical support, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the K-12 education sector.
• Strong understanding of audio-visual products and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
