Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Audit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the auditing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic guidance to improve financial procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Lead and coordinate all audit activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Develop audit plans and programs to address risks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards.
• Review audit findings and provide recommendations for improvements in internal controls and financial processes.
• Manage a team of audit professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to promote team effectiveness and professional growth.
• Identify and assess potential risks within financial operations and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Provide strategic insights to improve financial reporting processes and internal controls.

• 5+ years audit experience
• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
• Active CPA
