Construction Controller (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

- This position has hybrid flexibility 1-2 days remote per week

- Oversee all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

- Manage project accounting functions, including job costing, billing, and revenue recognition.

- Prepare financial reports and statements for management and stakeholders.

- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Supervise accounting staff and provide training and guidance as needed.

- Work closely with project managers to track project costs and profitability.
