Construction Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfaction and a keen ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that every client’s experience is exceptional.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our roofing services.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Process service requests, track job progress, and ensure all client requirements are met efficiently.
• Work closely with roofing crews, project managers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and any follow-up actions required.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to help improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about our roofing products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.

• 1+ years experience in customer service or a related role; experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and discuss construction projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding effective solutions to customer issues.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work with different departments to achieve common goals.
