Salary: $45,000 - 55,000/yearWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our manufacturing company's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring smooth communication between the production team and customers.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or in-person interactions.Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and lead times to customers.Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately using the company's CRM system.Collaborate closely with the sales team to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and provide customers with shipment tracking information.Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status updates, delays, or any other relevant information.Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, aiming to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service best practices, and company policies.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.$45,000 - $55,000 a year#J-18808-Ljbffr
