We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our AV team.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and managing returns.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team goals.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the audio visual or technology industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear instructions.
• A passion for audio visual technology and eagerness to learn.
