Digital Project Manager - Fully Remote (Active Public Trust Required)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Project Manager to lead and oversee digital projects from conception to completion. The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering digital solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and development processes.

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Define project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and content creators. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Timeline and Budget Management: Track project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within financial constraints. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital projects meet quality standards and client specifications. Oversee testing, debugging, and review processes, and implement necessary changes to enhance project outcomes.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, status reports, and change requests. Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts. Develop and implement solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project success.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and practices. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, including progress, challenges, and achievements. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Post-Launch Support: Oversee the transition of completed projects to maintenance and support teams. Ensure a smooth handover and provide post-launch support as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing, web development, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, web development processes, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
