Facility Security Officer (FSO) (Top Secret w/ SCI Required)

We are looking for an experience Facility security Officer to join our team.

• Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring authorized personnel only.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the premises.
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly, coordinating with local authorities as needed.
• Maintain and update security logs, incident reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws regarding security operations.
• Provide security training and support to staff as needed.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
• Assist in investigations related to security incidents and report findings.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response planning.

• An active TS w/ SCI clearance is required.
• Current FSO and ITPSO or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• Experience with International and OCONUS deployment support is required.
• Experience writing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals and Operations Security (OPSEC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with security systems and technology.
