Job Title: Front End Developer

Location: Downtown Annapolis, Maryland

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Work Schedule: Hybrid - 2-3 days on site per week

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers and back end developers to translate UI/UX designs into responsive web pages.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Implement interactive features and animations to enhance user experience.

Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front end development.

Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or QA testers.

Maintain documentation and version control for project assets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

2-3 years of professional experience in front end web development.

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with front end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.

Knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
