Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices and strategies.
Training and Development:
Identify training and development needs within the organization and develop training programs to address them.
Coordinate employee training initiatives, including onboarding, orientation, and ongoing professional development.
Compliance and Policy Development:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote consistency and fairness across the organization.
HR Administration:
Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
5+ years of experience in HR management roles, with a track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation.
