Office Manager / Controller

Salary: $90,000 - 120,000/year

The Controller / Office Manager will be responsible for managing all accounting and human resources activities within the organization. This role requires strong expertise in QuickBooks Online, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that financial and HR operations run smoothly, supporting the overall growth and efficiency of the company.

• Accounting Functions:
• Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for all accounting functions, including data entry, invoicing, and transaction tracking.
• Human Resources Functions:
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and manage employee relations issues.
• Organize training and development programs for staff.

• Proven experience in accounting and human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
