Security Manager (TS w/ SCI is required)

Looking for an experience Security Manager to join our team.

• Develop, implement, and oversee security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information and facilities.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Lead investigations into security breaches or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and other relevant agencies as needed.
• Develop and deliver security training programs for employees to promote awareness of security protocols and practices.
• Work closely with other departments (IT, HR, etc.) to ensure an integrated approach to security.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, assessments, and compliance audits.

• An active Top Secret Clearance w/ SCI eligibility is required.
• FSO and ITPSO certifications or ability to obtain within 6 months of working.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and incident response.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in security management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
