Staff Accountant - job 3 of 3

Salary: $70,000 - 80,000/year

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. • Perform all bookkeeping functions
• Perform all functions related to entry of cash receipts, client costs, billing with accounting system
• Reconcile bank statements
• Work up and make bank deposits for the firm’s accounts
• Client Billing
• · Provide all required financial reports to firm administration on a monthly basis
• Coordinate with the firms outside accountants
• Provide general management and oversight of the accounting systems
• Handle W-2 requests and 1099's at year end.
• Process Form 5500 on annual basis

• Must have at least 2+ years’ experience as an accountant or accounting coordinator.
• Provide general management and oversight of the accounting systems
• QuickBooks experience required
• Must possess strong administrative, communication and organizational skills.
• Should offer a professional appearance and manner.
