UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback, iterating designs based on user insights.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
