Senior Product Designer, CRO

Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating end-to-end user experiences that convert, are intuitive, responsive, and scalable. They will work on performance-driven product design, focusing on data-driven and conversion-optimized user experiences.

Skills

Proficient in UI/UX design using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong analytical skills using CRO and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI

Responsibilities

Develop inventive and responsive design solutions for mobile and web products
Enhance and optimize user experiences to maximize conversion rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve specific goals within the funnel
