As a Renewals Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing the renewal lifecycle for our current customers while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Additionally, by managing and monitoring retention and customer usage goals, you will work towards our company’s shared goal of zero-lapsed renewals and identify areas of opportunity for our account teams. You will thrive in this role if you are an excellent cross-collaborator, as you will need to partner with many different teams in the Revenue organization to secure on-time renewals and provide positive customer experiences.
