About The JobWe are looking for a talented Senior Motion Graphics Artist/Editor with agency or in-house video experience. Join our team of creatives and help us build a wide range of internal and external-facing videos, such as: inspirational storytelling, educational, corporate communications, events, social media, sizzle reels, and other motion graphic needs.Responsibilities• Assemble footage into rough, fine, and final cuts for a variety of digital products.• Conceptualize and create high-quality motion graphics.• Create and maintain a library of reusable custom video assets.• Work with team to generate clear and engaging content ideas.• Manipulate and repurpose current video assets and static content.• Collaborate with experts on design, messaging, and marketing use to ensure high standards and value across all video content.• Rely on your experience with digital storytelling, motion graphics, and other creative techniques to develop and build valuable content.Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, editing, and digital storytelling.• Advanced expertise in After Effects, Adobe CC suite, and post-production workflow management.• Strong ability to tell compelling stories through motion graphics, music, and sound design.• Skilled in ideation, translating scripts into captivating visuals, and managing multiple fast-turnaround projects.• Collaborative team player with a deep understanding of compositing, color grading, and file management.PayTarget pay range for a Level P4 in San Francisco/Bay Area: $138,000 - $162,000*• Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs.
