We seek a results-driven and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. We're actively interviewing candidates for this role and will move forward quickly.   • Job title: Inside Sales Representative - Remote

  • Candidate Location: Florida or Arizona

  • Industry: SaaS, Real Estate, Prop-tech, Blockchain, Crypto, AI

  • Product or service: Real Estate transaction and offer management SaaS platform with AI and blockchain technology for extra security for brokers and agents

  • Company size: 60

  • Target market: B2B, SMB

  • Buyer persona: Real estate agent, Broker

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full cycle sales experience (from prospecting to closing)

  • Excellent proficiency in cold calling (50+ dials per day) and handling objections

  • Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills  

  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales software to track leads and opportunities (HubSpot)

  • Thrives in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment

  • Presentable, confident, energetic

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven success in selling SaaS, Real Estate Software, Prop-tech

  • Experience selling to Real Estate agents and brokers

  • Fluent Spanish

  • Title sales experience is an advantage

  • Familiarity with Blockchain, Crypto industry is a plus

Benefits

  • Employment type: full-time

  • Base compensation: $60,000-$70,000 per year (negotiable depending on your location and skills)

  • OTE (on-target earnings): $80,000-$100,000 per year (negotiable depending on your location and skills)

  • Bonuses and uncapped commission, paid monthly

Interviewing Process:

  • Stage 1 - 15-min phone call with Strategic Advisor (General fit)

  • Stage 2 - 30-min virtual interview with VP of Sales (Sales skills assessment)

  • Stage 3 - 30-min meeting with Founder/CEO (Final)

  • Reference/background check

  • Job offer
