Change Management Analyst
The Change Management Analyst is responsible for researching and executing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions across LawnStarter’s support ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation, this role sits within the Shared Services team and plays a crucial part in driving efficiency, minimizing disruption, and improving adoption of new processes. The Change Management Analyst will work cross-functionally to implement structured change initiatives affecting all Tiers of sales and operations.

In this fully remote role, you'll immerse yourself in the exciting process of executing change management strategies that will smooth transitions across our support ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategy and Transformation, you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and fostering the adoption of new processes across our sales and operations teams. Your key responsibilities will include developing tailored change management strategies, assessing the impacts of various process changes, and partnering cross-functionally with teams from support, product, engineering, and leadership. You'll be proactive in identifying resistance and addressing risks while continuously monitoring adoption and gathering feedback to refine our methodologies. If you have at least three years of experience in change management or business transformation, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you'll thrive in this role.
