This is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities, and LCMC Health reserves the right to amend and change responsibilities to meet organizational needs as necessary.GENERAL DUTIESPerforms basic physical exams such as taking temperature, pulse rate, oxygen levels, etc. to determine patient's health status prior to directing them to the attending physician.Welcomes patients and visitors to the hospital. Provides information and directions to locations throughout the hospital for patients and guests.Provides patient information in compliance with the HIPAA requirements and organizational privacy policies.Assists in improving patient satisfaction. Anticipates family needs and resolves issues before they become major source of concern.Receives guest suggestions, complaints and escalates through proper channels.EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma/GED or appropriate work experienceWORK SHIFT:Days (United States of America)LCMC Health is a community.Our people make health happen.
