Your job is more than a job.The purpose of this role is to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Human Resources Department by performing functions such as preparing communication/ developing correspondence, research and development for presentations, review department documents and reports, develop and format department documents/publications, coordinate meetings/ events/ socials, and manage special projects throughout the Human Resources Department. This position serves as a key member of the Human Resources team by acting as a primary point of contact between departments within the organization. The Project Coordinator provides support to drive high quality results and timely completion of projects and inquiry resolution.Your EverydaySupport and enables HR Leaders• Plans and creates communications, including written communications, spreadsheets, and presentations.• Preparing and maintaining other HR documentation and deliverables.• Provides proactive support including managing, department expenses, scheduling and coordinates internal and external meeting arrangements, facilities, catering, and logistics, as well as travel and hotel arrangements as needed.• Meets routine deadlines for data and analytic reporting, task management and departmental reports.• Oversees gathering of information and presenting data for ad-hoc requests on behalf the Leader.Coordinate and lead multiple projects within Human Resources:• Works with leaders and team members to ensure that assigned projects are implemented on time and within budget by establishing quality standards.• Anticipates, identifies, and resolves problems. Initiates interaction and communicates effectively to successfully complete small/large projects.• Creates formats, prepares presentations, spreadsheets and documents by using advanced features of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).• Provides support to a range of HR projects, as requested, to contribute to the successful achievement of outcomes on these projects.• Exercises independent judgement to ensure prompt addressing of all problems/issues.Essential Function• Conducts new hire/agency orientation and onboarding. Ad hoc orientation/onboarding as needed.• Preparation of orientation packets, slide presentations, meeting rooms and light refreshments.Projects & Activities• Serves as Human Resources subject matter expert and participates on project teams.• Works in partnership with marketing team to communicate announcements, updates/reminders, and direction to staff resource guides.• Assists in planning and execution of department/facility events. Acts a company ambassador to amplify the organization brand, point of contact for department events• Organizes/leads employee engagement committee by ensuring appropriate representation from all areas of the organization participate and have buy-in to the engagement strategy.• Supports performance improvement projects as identified by the Human Resource team and Facility Leadership.Data Analytics• Completes monthly turnover reports for ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by the leadership team.• Provides insight reports to key stakeholders related to headcount, hiring data, payroll data, and agency usage.• Manages policies and procedures, providing summary updates to leaders and staff as applicable.Office Duties• Researches, develops, implements, and executes innovative avenues for engaging team members.• Provides daily administrative support to the Human Resources department staff and leaders, resolves request timely.• Monitors departmental materials and supplies, complete orders as needed.• Assists department new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc.• The Must-HavesMinimum:EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS• Required: 2 years of experience in Human Resources , Project Management, or a related field.EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS• Required: High School Diploma• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.SKILLS AND ABILITIESEffective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work cross functionally within Human Resources.Ability to shift focus, multi-task and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.Ability to interact with managers, staff, and officers at all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, follow-through and initiative with ability to formulate practical solutions.Self-motivated, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.Amplifies the organizations’ s mission, vision, and culture.Effective time management and organizational skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Pro.WORK SHIFT:Days (United States of America)LCMC Health is a community.Our people make health happen.
