We are looking for a Lead Cook to join our team and help create delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, a passion for cooking, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The Lead Cook will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring that all meals are prepared according to company standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and instructions.
• Supervise other cooks in the kitchen.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Train new cooks on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies when needed.
• Communicate with wait staff and other kitchen personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
