Job Description
Afiniti seeks a Lead Data Scientist (remote) to utilize mathematical concepts to develop and improve AI predictive modelling algorithms used for call center routing applications. Responsible for performing statistical inference and scalable predictive modeling on large data sets, developing processes to monitor and analyzing predictive model performance, building data validation tools, building data pipelines, and performing exploratory data analysis.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field plus at least two years of experience developing and deploying machine learning algorithms. This experience must include developing and applying statistical methods to collect and interpret data, performing trend analysis on data, and utilizing Python, R and MySQL to monitor model performance. 100% telecommuting permitted.
