As the Lead IT Business Analyst - Microsoft O365 you will help determine any and all trainings that need to be updated, partnering with our leadership, Making the teams aware of changes and working with our team of SME's
This role reports to the Sr. Manager of IT.
This role has occasional travel to Naperville, IL or Battle Creek, MI.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Release Management for Microsoft O365: You’ll work with the Microsoft to determine the O365 changes to our tenant and to understand their technology roadmaps. You will collaborate with the global IT teams to review changes and determine impact to the tenant. You will manage the established release management process and implement ways to improve it.
Governance and Adoption: You will manage all new releases coming in to O365, owning the governance process and committee engagement. You will analyze current O365 adoption and recommend ways to improve.
Strong Analysis: Your strong Microsoft solutions knowledge will be used to understand and identify changes that will impact our tenant.
Teamwork Across IT at Kellogg’s: Use your IT experience to work across technology and business to bring and understanding of O365 changes. Challenge the status-quo and bring ideas to the table to deliver. Bring improvements to our Communication and Collaboration environments through process automation and innovation approaches.
