Operations Acceleration Specialist (G3)

SUMMARY:

The Lead Media Operations Acceleration Specialist is a strategic partner to internal and external teams, ensuring KPM product innovation is thoroughly vetted for business and market value, and building block dependencies are accounted for and road mapped. In this role, you'll work cross functionally with Commercial Program, Media Platform, Campaign Operations, Media Activation, and Sales, to facilitate commercial innovation and media campaign workflow advancements. You have a demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, drive campaign workflow innovation and efficiencies to enable best-in-class client experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge and experience in media campaign workflows, technological systems, and project management.


The Lead Media Operations Acceleration Specialist demonstrates leadership and can operate with autonomy, making tough calls based upon a strong prioritization capability. In order to ensure commercial innovation success, this role requires hands-on testing of functionality, beyond just the theoretical.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive operationalization oversight of managed service product roadmap, working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Translate the business need into a "what needs to be true" plan for resource requirements and prioritization which enable innovation and efficiency within workflows and managed service products
  • Project manage product roadmap
  • Monitor efficiency of systems leveraged by managed service teams/clients and advocate changes in needs-state through business case development
  • Solicit direct market feedback in partnership with sales teams
  • Communicate managed service product updates out to broader KPM team
  • Manage the KPM managed service reference document
  • Sit on the KPM Guidelines Committee
  • Command deep knowledge of KPM media products & processes
  • Build new process documentation, when/where required
  • Interface with cross-departmental stakeholder to ensure seamless setup and adoption of new managed service workflows
  • Embraces and encourages a culture based on team-work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to successfully work within a team

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors' degree B.A. / B.S or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing execution of targeted marketing communication and/or related projects
  • Knowledge of the suite of Kroger Precision Marketing inventory and differentiation in the marketplace
  • Experience working with onsite and/or offsite ad tech
  • Career background within ad tech, publisher, agency, or retail, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills
  • Analytical & problem solving skills to make decisions
  • Technical acumen to leverage key tools in a timely and accurate manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills
