We're looking for a Lead Product Design Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. Here's what you need to know about the role, our team and why Flatiron Health is the right next step in your career.
What You'll Do
You’ll work in a player/coach role within our Clinical Tools for Oncology Practices, specifically OncoEMR, an electronic health record that is used to help coordinate and facilitate patient care in cancer clinics across the United States. From designing new workflows to implementing usability enhancements, your work has the potential to empower a wide range of caregivers throughout a patient’s treatment journey. In addition, you'll also:
You will have the opportunity to work closely with oncologists, nurses, practice administrators, research coordinators, data scientists, engineers, product managers, health informaticists, and of course other designers in a flexible environment, learn about the intricacies of the healthcare system, and deliver well-designed solutions that not only solve problems, but will change the way design is applied to healthcare products and processes.
Who You Are
You're a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in an applied product, user experience or interaction design role. You have mentor experience or have previously managed a designer for at least 1 year.
Successful OncoEMR designers typically possess a generalist skillset, and have the ability to concisely explain complex problems and projects to audiences of all backgrounds in both written and verbal form.
If this sounds like you, you'll fit right in at Flatiron.
