YOUR MISSIONS

• Work closely with Product and Engineering team to create and maintain test plans and campaigns

• Drive multi project engagements from test planning to test reporting phase

• Measure of impact and success through reporting (CT, NRT, MoM, etc.)

• Create champions: Broadcast QA best practices & trainings among Engineering teams (locally & remotely)

• Manage incident triage in Jira (level 2 internal escalation)

• Support the "automation-first" approach in testing.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.

• Curious, crafty, detail-oriented and Problem solving mindset

• Experience with QA Test management tools, design and development of automation testing frameworks

• Experience in manual and automation testing

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects and sprint.

• Experience in successfully implementing quality guidelines, coding standards and procedures.

• Develops and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, test design, test execution results & status.

• Strong written, verbal communication and Presentation skills.

• Strong knowledge and implementation on Automation skills (at least on any one automation Tool)

• User centric: eager to help building a seamless user experience :)

• You’re equally passionate about learning new stuff and sharing your experience with your team members,

• [Bonus] You have a proven track record of experience working as a QA Testing Lead or Senior QA with QA teams.

• [Bonus] Good to have a ISTQB certification.
