Lead Technicians - Immediate Openings - Ancira Volkswagen SA

Ancira VW San Antonio is hiring un-Certified, Experienced Technicians and Certified Automotive Technicians to join this winning Team as LEAD Technician as you continue to grow your expertise.

At Ancira: We don't have employees. We have FANS!

You must be quality-minded, coachable, and meet driving & insurability requirements. If you are looking for a place to build your career in automotive AND a home you can be proud of, you have found it!

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. We do random drug testing.

Technician hours 7 - 5 pm or 8 - 6 pm Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays 8 am - 3:00 pm

Pay commensurate with experience:

Certified Techs starting at $32.00 - $45.00 COMMISSION FLAG RATE depending on certifications. Bring your stats with you to interview!

un-Certified starting at $18-$20 depending on experience.

Career paths for entry level express technician typically advance to Certified within 2 years. Other paths include Service Advisor, Parts Sales, Retail Sales, and Management. Qualified Technicians can follow a career path to Production Shop Foreman, Foreman, and executive management.
