Lead Web Analytics Consultant

Role : Senior/Lead Web Analytics Consultant

Location : Sunnyvale, CA /Remote

Duration : Long Term

This role leads project management for the Data Science team and helps to deliver insights and reporting to Interactive Teams.

The role will involve work with A/B testing, optimization, product launch and framework development teams.

A seasoned producer to partner with the Data Sciences team to provide insights and learnings to the broader interactive team.

Will be responsible for managing various Analytics and Data Science initiatives.

The position requires excellent communication skills and experience working directly with creative and technology teams as well as a wide array of business stakeholders.

Understanding of web analytics and digital marketing are a must.

The producer will need to be skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, writing briefs, presenting insights and learnings and more.

The role will work with global team and some experience in A/B testing and conversion analysis is a plus.

You enjoy working with creatives, technologists and can clearly communicate with senior level stakeholders.

You have sound project management principles, but even better, you know how to adapt them to the situation at hand.

Skills

• Experience with web analytics software: Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end web technologies

• Solid experience managing complex programs in fast paced and changing environments

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with Data Sciences to deliver key insights to stakeholders

* Support global analytics needs and training programs

* Document business processes and requirements

* Write project briefs and develop project schedules

* Balance project scope, priorities and goals with various stakeholders

* Help drive change management for new tools and systems

Education:

Requires BA/BS and a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience.

Project management or product management experience at a digital agency, in-house marketing communications, or creative services department is preferred.
