Provide highly skilled and efficient support to one or more members of RSM’s National or Regional Leadership Team as it relates to strategic business initiatives. This role will work closely with assigned leaders, while building strong relationships across the enterprise, to ensure projects are prioritized, scheduled and executed appropriately. In addition, this position may serve as a subject matter expert in a particular service line, industry, program or other area as assigned.
Essential Duties
Leverage knowledge of the firm, line of business and/or industry to support leadership in the execution of strategic or tactical imperatives, including:

Outline the overall schedule, resources, and deliverables that support business goals, and take appropriate steps to ensure objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner
-
Create and maintain documentation to identify, plan and follow up on active assignments for leaders and other contributors
-
Prepare and proofread information including correspondence, PowerPoint slides, handouts, and spreadsheets, ensuring a professional and consistent appearance
-
Conduct research and recognize project risks and/or issues
Provide executive level support to assigned leaders including but not limited to:
-
Serve as the point person to maintain all calendar appointments and ensure meetings are scheduled in advance and prioritized accordingly
-
Coordinate all travel arrangements including flights, cars, hotels and meals
-
Responsible for meeting management administration including handling all meeting invitations and logistics, tracking attendees, creating agendas/developing content, taking notes and following up with action items. May contribute to the conversation accordingly

Maintain daily, weekly and monthly to-do list with follow ups accordingly
-
Anticipate needs and independently apply a systematic approach toward achieving desired outcomes

Routinely handle confidential correspondence

Serve as a knowledge resource for leaders/teams with questions on established processes to deliver a consistent and positive experience

Act as liaison between leaders and other ECS/ICS departments across the enterprise as appropriate

Provide expert knowledge in firm systems, tools and industry when appropriate
-
May serve as a subject matter expert in a particular service line, industry, program or other area as assigned

May serve as a career advisor and/or mentor to other team members

Provide real-time project feedback, coaching, training, development, and career growth activities.

EDUCATION
-
Bachelor’s degree in business related area or equivalent experience

PMP Certification (preferred)
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (required)

Experience with project management tool(s) (preferred)

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Applies technical/procedural requirements of the position based on knowledge and experience within specialization

EXPERIENCE
-
5+ years’ relevant experience in a related field or area

3+ years prior experience managing multiple projects of moderate to high risk
