Sales Development Representative

LeafLink is looking for a Sales Development Representative to prospect and qualify potential customers, generate and qualify new leads, and collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to drive sales opportunities.

Skills

  • Experience in demand development, lead generation, or sales
  • Outstanding phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software

Responsibilities

  • Qualify, nurture, and convert inbound leads to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Utilize SalesForce, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs

Education

  • 0-2 years of professional experience, internship experience included
