Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst with the ability to deliver impactful, data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to manage and adjust financial models. Experience in tracing, explaining, and modifying existing Excel models is essential. Additionally, this role involves analyzing product usage, with a focus on running queries within Salesforce.

What you’ll be doing:

• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Develop reports and dashboards that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations.

• Reporting: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

• SQL Queries: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.

• Salesforce Navigation: Utilize and navigate Salesforce to extract relevant data and generate insights. Familiarity with Salesforce reporting tools and data structures is preferred.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Collaborate on projects to ensure data-driven decision-making.

• Strategic Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business strategy and objectives. Conduct in-depth analysis to support strategic planning and operational improvements.

• Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data validation and quality checks. Implement best practices for data governance and management.

• Automate reporting via SQL and python based ETL framework

• Build dynamic dashboards to measure our impact and provide ongoing insight to support leadership in making effective, analytically driven, strategic decisions

• Utilize and navigate Salesforce to extract relevant data and generate insights

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field

• 1+ years of experience in SQL

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

• Familiarity with Salesforce, including navigating its interface and utilizing its reporting tools to extract and analyze data

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with data warehousing tech (DBT, Snowflake)

• Basic knowledge of Python, R

The salary range for this role is between  $80,000 and $100,000 depending on skills, location and experience.
