REMOTE /OPERATIONS – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT /FULL TIME/ REMOTE
We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Operations Manager to lead the training and development initiatives of our Operations team. The Infinitus AI platform supports thousands of patients and healthcare providers on a daily basis and our Operations team keeps the system operating at peak levels of efficiency and quality. As the Learning & Development Operations Manager, you will lead a team of trainers and nesting coaches to deliver new hire training and continuous learning to our team members that contributes to the overall success of our Operations. You are (or will become) an expert in Healthcare administration while knowing “enough to be dangerous” about software development to inform the product roadmap for a suite of internal tools supporting L&D. We believe the right L&D leader has a passion for coaching others, experience in operational team management, familiarity with call center training programs, and is a strategic thinker that excels in a fast-paced startup environment.
The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced virtual call center environment. They will have This role will focus on supporting the Learning & Development department through the hands-on portion of employee training (Nesting). This role requires experience in operational team management, knowledge in call center performance metrics (KPI/SPI), project management, and a high degree of execution. We are looking for candidates familiar with call center training programs and experience supporting multiple lines of business.
