Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $65,000 - $85,000.

In this role, you will drive the operational excellence of learning programs by leading Chewy U reporting and evaluation efforts, ensuring efficient content lifecycle management, and implementing scalable systems and standards. You will partner cross-functionally with instructional designers, program managers, business leaders, and technology customers to ensure Chewy Team Members have access to meaningful, impactful learning experiences—supported by data-informed decisions and consistent content governance.
