Purpose of Position:
The Learning Facilitator of the Global Commercial Learning organization leads learning courses and programs on products, applications, and vertical markets within the context of scheduled courses, customer specific training (customized training) and on occasion may support internal learning programs for direct and indirect sales and service associates.
Essential Functions:
Deliver a pre-determined number of instructor-led training (ILT) and virtually- led training (VLT) courses across the region annually.
Influences and proposes impactful approaches to new course content based on feedback from sales/service/marketing, mentors other trainers
Collaborate as a subject matter expert on both lab and process equipment in support of course creation
Ability to travel up to 50-75% percent, mainly domestically for customer training requests.
Maintain tracking of all delivery courses utilizing an established Excel spreadsheet.
Establishes mutually beneficial internal and external relationships, can communicate effectively to all levels
Able to lead projects or teams with moderate complexity and risk
Follow trends and business practices in multiple regions, ability to understand competitors
Required Education, Background and Skill Requirements
Excellent platform and facilitation skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Hach Company or similar, customer service, water plant operations, or analytical testing
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines
Ability to reprioritize duties rapidly based on strategic initiatives and to guide customers patiently and efficiently through technical procedures, resolving product application problems
Advanced knowledge of water plant and industrial water operations.

The salary range for this role is 74000 - 88000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
