About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, highly organized, and execution-oriented Onboarding Program Manager. You will be responsible for providing a world-class onboarding experience to Highspot’s newest Product Engineering team members (across the US and internationally). From content maintenance to facilitation of virtual sessions, you’ll be tasked with scaling Product organization’s onboarding program as we rapidly grow. In addition to owning the week-long onboarding program, you will also be responsible for partnering with various teams, both inside and outside of the Product Organization, to build impactful team and crew-specific onboarding learning paths.
We are actively seeking an innovator, communicator, influencer, and problem-solver. The right candidate will be fast moving and comfortable working autonomously, running the program while iterating and improving it. Run the monthly, week-long Highspot Product Onboarding, including the logistical details on all live sessions and online courses

Ensure a standardized, dynamic, and excellent new hire experience by setting clear onboarding learning objectives and success metrics that directly lead into our ongoing learning objectives

Measure Product Onboarding program’s effectiveness and continually iterate on the quality and breadth of the content provided with every cohort

Build connection and community within each onboarding cohort and beyond

Ensure Product Onboarding week content is always up-to-date and relevant

Partner with stakeholders across the Product Team to identify knowledge and/or process gaps and map the curriculum for the new hire’s first 90 days (for different roles/ disciplines within Product)

Expand the onboarding program to better meet the needs of different Product functions and roles by developing additional content and learning paths

Ensure the program continues to be remote and hybrid-friendly, with new team members being hired across the US and internationally

Build efficient processes to track and manage the onboarding program and look for ways to streamline and automate, enabling the program to scale

Build relationships and partner with Product stakeholders to shape the existing and future new hire onboarding strategy

Partner with pillars and crews within Product Engineering to develop pillar and crew-specific onboarding content

Create tools and resources that empower managers to onboard team members effectively

Ensure continuous alignment with People Team’s company-wide onboarding initiatives
- Passionate about supporting the success of new team members

2+ years of experience managing virtual blended learning (online courses and VILT) programs
-
Proven success running onboarding programs in SaaS or technology organizations (technical audience preferred)

Experience driving tools and process improvements to reduce onboarding friction & building a great new hire experience

Expert facilitator, communicator and community builder

Strong instructional design, learner-centric frameworks, and LMS administration skills

Proficient in Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) or similar authoring tools

Ability to analyze learning & onboarding data and improve the program accordingly

Ability to identify, prioritize, and successfully execute on competing priorities

Ability to network across the organization effortlessly and influence various roles and levels to drive collaboration and program excellence

Strong problem solving, organizational, and collaboration skills

Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, hyper-growth, and rapidly changing environment
