Learning Specialist - Healthcare AI

Responsibilities

The Learning Specialist - Healthcare AI will be responsible for understanding specific client requirements and the subsequent training needs for the annotation teams and the support that would be required to complete the project. The role involves coordination with multiple stakeholders to develop scalable and replicable data processes in the development of AI technologies such as robotic surgery, digital radiology, medical NLP, and more.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Prepare and provide curriculum support to the Delivery team
• Assist and scope with sales teams to support newer clients by providing Proof of Concept data
• Data output review, feedback, and quality control
• Raise the bar of academic excellence among the L&D team

Qualifications

• Minimum - MBBS or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience (freshers with an exceptional track record with technology are also welcome)
• Excellent Communication skills
• Teaching experience is considered a plus
• Interest in learning Data Operations
