GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
LT Manager is a management position for the Learning Technologies team in the Department of Online Education. The primary responsibility includes management of the University's learning management system (LMS), learning technologies training and development, LMS data analytics. In addition, LT Manager supervises LMS Specialist I and part-time LMS Support personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree preferred

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as project manager on LMS related projects.
- Maintain and update the LMS software and web hosting site.
- Create, maintain, and update LMS applications and assessment reports and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with LMS partners to build and send reports on LMS utilization.
- Support and administer staff/faculty learning and training related to technology solutions for optimal performance.
- Assess, improve, and manage internal processes and systems that support training and development operations.
- Manages the administration of online/hybrid courses.
- Assess training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Ensure execution of the day-to-day operations and logistics for learning and development solutions, including calendar, learning space management, and roster management.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare data analysis reports.
- Answer support emails and phone calls to provide technical support and guidance to faculty, staff, and students.
- Collaborates with Learning Design and Development (LDD) team manager.Supports the Dean of Online Education as needed.
WORK SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position with regular office hours between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
