Assess learning needs to effectively integrate learning technology innovations to enhance the learner experience.
Design and develop digital and immersive learning resources that are relevant, effective and support learning effectiveness.
Work with faculty and other medical partners in the effective and integrative use of educational technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
Evaluate feedback from learners and programme managers to identify areas of improvement and enhance the effectiveness of the digital and immersive learning resources.
Provide design and training assistance to internal staff on developing blended/online learning and instructional applications.
Evaluate the affordance of edtech tools and platforms suitable for medical education.
Manage LKCMedicine adopted learning platforms. Provide training and user support to end users.
Explore emerging technologies (e.g. AI, Metaverse) and adopt the best-suited solution for lesson delivery.
Perform technical evaluation and support for teaching and learning systems.
Liaise with vendor and IT on system performance and upgrades.
Requirements
At least a Diploma in fields related to art, design and media, with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in training, multimedia or digital learning content development.
Other certifications such as ACTA, ACLP or DACE are welcome to apply.
Possess good knowledge of the use of authoring tools (eg. Articulate suite of tools)
Possess good knowledge and skill in media development tools (eg. Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Vyond)
Possess a good understanding of basic programming concepts.
