Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager
Woodruff Leavitt Insurance Agency is a trusted name in the insurance industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service and customized insurance solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Buckeye, AZ office.
Position Summary:
As an Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will provide support to our Commercial Lines Account Managers in servicing and managing a diverse book of business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, has a strong work ethic, and is passionate about building a career in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Account Managers in servicing commercial insurance accounts
Prepare proposals, renewals, and certificates of insurance
Process endorsements, policy changes, and documentation
Communicate with clients, underwriters, and carriers as needed
Maintain accurate records in our agency management system
Support daily account management tasks and administrative duties
Required Qualifications:
Must hold a current Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License
Minimum 1 year of insurance office experience preferred (commercial lines experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
This is an in-office, full-time position. Remote work is not available.
