There are two primary roles for the Service Representative, (1) direct sales and (2) customer service. The Sales Representative is responsible for getting new customer information uploaded into the territory management and CRM applications immediately after leaving customers' property. This includes uploading all signed contracts, photos, and any useful information about the customer or the property to the message board to help support exceptional service and clarity to the Field Inspector, Project Manager and Customer Service Representative.
