Product Owner (Remote, Philippines)

As a Product Owner, you will have a critical role in leading product development from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the company's goals and objectives, while driving product innovation and ensuring success. Your ability to make data-driven decisions and understand the market and customer needs will be essential to achieving product success and driving company growth.

Your responsibilities include:

  • collaborating with business stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • creating and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
  • listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product solutions and/or opportunities for improvement
  • strategizing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress
  • creating product specifications and user stories, and working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood
  • managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
  • planning and executing AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement
  • continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies
  • coaching and mentoring other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills
  • defining and tracking product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the product and the business to create better features, address user needs, and deliver on business goals
  • 4-5 years of successful experience as Product Owner or Product Manager (or any similar role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and processes
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development
  • Solid understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX
