About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the Partnerships team and growing LegalVision’s network of partners across Australia and the United Kingdom, which encompasses professional services firms, VC firms, business associations and tech platforms. 

Your responsibilities will be focused on executing our channel partnerships strategy to acquire new clients. You will:

  • be the key relationship owner for our strategic partners and work with them to ensure their clients’ legal needs are addressed
  • manage a team of high-performing partnership managers to drive referrals to the business
  • build a robust ecosystem of partnerships, manage regular engagement and report on the results of launched initiatives
  • grow our partner network to maintain a consistent flow of inbound partners and partner-sourced referred leads through project-managing events and marketing campaigns
  • implement robust reporting systems to provide actionable insights on sales performance, and pipeline health, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making for all stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate

  • You have strong sales, business development or partnerships experience (preferably 8+ years)
  • You have leadership skills in a sales, business development or partnerships environment
  • You are a self-starter and organised go-getter who executes tasks and drives results while keeping an eye on the bigger picture
  • You are commercially minded and focused
  • You are a relationship builder and have experience in developing partner programs
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and thrive under pressure
  • Note that experience in the legal industry is not a prerequisite for this role
