This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Pennsylvania (USA)Position Description:At a GlanceLegrand has an exciting opportunity for a Global Key Accounts Project Manager to join the Data Center Power & Control Division Team. This is a remote position reporting to Canonsburg, PA. The primary function of this role is responsible for facilitating project development, progress documentation and communication from initiation to completion. Must be experienced in planning, collaboration and coordination with designated teams, and delivery of results within deadlines.In this role, the Global Key Project Manager will be tasked with serving as primary contact to liaison with specific external client(s) and various project teams, Key Account Management and other internal department stakeholders. Oversight of project documentation, change management, delivery confirmations, shipment schedules, forecasting and finance progress billing.What Will You Do?• Coordinate and lead project communication, documentation and execution of several projects simultaneously.• Define project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of internal and external stakeholders.• Create detailed schedule, project parameters and communications with client, project teams and internal departments.• Conduct periodic scope, schedule, reviews using industry best practices, to identify needed adjustments.• Measure project performance and progress throughout project execution.• Manage client and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships.• Attend onsite kickoff meetings within various US project locations.• Provide summarized project plan documentation to departmental managers, clients, and other stakeholders as needed.• Engage in continual learning to remain abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging standards.• Promote the company’s image, reputation, and brand identity by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.Qualifications:Required SkillsQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of five years of experience in project management.• Proficiency with industry-standard project manager tools and software.• Experience with client management and internal departmental communications.• Proven track record of successful project management.• Strong technical background in industry.Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:• Superior organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to understand electrical products and data center applications.• Results oriented, self-motivated individual.• Ability to work remotely and in a team environment.• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.• Ability to travel to various project meetings within US, travel up to 20%.Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:• Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.• The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing/construction areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hard hat, vests, boots, and mandatory hearing protection.• Regularly required to stand; walk and communicate with others.• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.• Must have a valid U.S. Passport.Company Info:About LegrandRepresenting more than 150 years of innovation, Legrand is the global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures.
