DescriptionWe are seeking an Agile Program Lead for a large Defense Intelligence program focused on supporting Analysis Orchestration Services. This role involves coordinating and managing Task Order activities related to integration, deployment, and operations and sustainment of intelligence services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical leadership, managing agile-based efforts, and excellent communication skills. An active TS/SCI clearance is required for this role.Basic Qualifications:• 8 years of experience in technical leadership.• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prioritize competing requirements and manage agile-based efforts.• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).• Proven written and oral communications skills targeted at all levels of an organization.Security Clearance:• An active TS/SCI.Preferred Qualifications:• Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.• Program Management training and certification (e.g. PMI, PMP).• Previous IC or DoD program/project work experience.
