Event Coordinator

DescriptionThe company is seeking an Event Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of various events, including social gatherings, internal and external meetings, and other events. The successful candidate will work independently and with support staff in a fast-paced environment to ensure all events run smoothly and meet customer requirements. Responsibilities include proactive scheduling, coordination with vendors, providing reports, and conducting site visits when necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service experience. A degree in hospitality or related field and event planning experience is preferred. The pay range for this position is $28,600.00 - $51,700.00Basic Qualifications• High School Diploma and 1+ years of prior customer service experience• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or similar field and experience with event planning preferred• Must be organized and have strong attention to detail and time management skillsMust be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
