Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate the current state of the logistics platform and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement system improvements to enhance customer experience. Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) principles to create innovative solutions. Utilize strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop efficient solutions. Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Work independently as well as in a team setting.
