Manage and negotiate contracts: The Senior Contracts Representative will be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and partners on behalf of the company. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures: The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations. Support business development efforts: The Senior Contracts Representative will work closely with the business development team to review and assess contracts for potential new business opportunities. Review and analyze contract terms: The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing contract terms to identify risks and recommend appropriate revisions or modifications. Collaborate with internal teams: The Senior Contracts Representative will work closely with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and operations to ensure contracts are aligned with business objectives and company standards. Maintain contract documentation: This role will involve maintaining accurate and organized contract documentation, including tracking key dates and milestones, and ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained. Advise on contract management best practices: The candidate will provide guidance and recommendations on contract management best practices to improve efficiency and mitigate risk. Monitor contract performance: The Senior Contracts Representative will monitor contract performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of a contract. Develop and maintain relationships: This role will involve building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful contract negotiations and management. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations: The candidate will stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to contracts management to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
