Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven online marketing specialist to take our online marketing campaigns to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to expand your skills across multiple digital marketing disciplines and play a role in further digitalizing our campaigns by contributing to planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing initiatives. Where you are part of a team of Online Marketing specialists and directly interact with various business teams and (online) marketers around the globe. Together with the online marketing team and the marketing specialists you support in executing the online marketing campaigns. This should translate into performance focused online marketing campaigns to support local marketing specialists with resources and knowledge for local execution. Together with the rest of the online marketing team you support local marketers on a day to day base and resources to execute the digital initiatives in their countries.

You have gained some expertise within online marketing and are eager to learn more about this domain. You take responsibility in identifying new digital trends and digital opportunities that align with our marketing objectives.

In this role you report to the Online Marketing Manager within Lely International.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute online marketing campaigns in consultation with the online manager with regard to the brand and our solutions. Support the clusters (and Lely Centers) with their online marketing campaigns focused on our solutions to stimulate lead generation.
  • Monitoring campaign results, planning and budget. Reporting relevant data and insights to clusters, department colleagues and the online manager.
  • Ensuring clear performance insights and optimization proposals and collaborative increase performance of our online campaigns.
  • Providing hands-on support to the clusters and Lely Centers with online knowledge and where necessary implementation based on the online guidelines, with the aim of enabling them to make optimal use of online marketing resources.
  • Create a performance cycle and ensure visibility of insights to key stakeholders and in close collaboration with clusters
  • Staying on top and review new trends and opportunities to ensure the company becomes a leader within the digital marketing space

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented specialist with a passion for online marketing who wants to contribute to a sustainable, profitable and enjoyable future in farming. Further:

  • Proven experience as an online marketing specialist or similar role in a digital marketing environment
  • Having a minimum of 2 years' experience with executing online marketing activities
  • Experience in working within online marketing channels such as PPC, social media, email marketing and website
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and bring creative ideas
  • Eager to learn and strive for the best possible results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English. You are currently living in the Netherlands
  • You are currently living in the Netherlands with a valid work permit
